Common use
Tadarise Pro (Tadalafil) is a new product used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. During sexual stimulation, Tadarise Pro (Tadalafil) enables a man's penis to fill with enough blood to cause an erection. It does this by blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase-5, or PDE-5. This helps the smooth muscles in the penis relax and widen, which allows for more blood to enter.
Dosage and direction
Swallow one 20mg tablet with a glass of water approximately one hour before sexual intercourse. In Tadarise Pro (Tadalafil) clinical testing most men were administered one 20 mg Tadarise Pro (Tadalafil) tablet per day. Your doctor will prescribe the right dosage for you.
Precautions
Treatments for erectile dysfunction, including Tadarise Pro (Tadalafil), should not be used in men with cardiac disease for whom sexual activity is inadvisable. Physicians should consider the potential cardiac risk of sexual activity in patients with pre-existing cardiovascular disease.
Contraindications
Before You Use Tadarise Pro make sure that:
You are not allergic to Tadalafil.
You do not take alcohol.
You have told your doctor about your medical history like pre-existing disease, surgeries, Food Habits, herbal supplements, medications, vitamins, etc.
Possible side effect
The most common side effects reported with Tadarise Pro (Tadalafil) in the study were headache, myalgia (muscle pain), dyspepsia (upset stomach following meals) and back pain. The severities of these Tadarise Pro side effects were minimized with lower doses.
Priapism was not reported in clinical trials with Tadarise Pro. However, priapism has been reported with another PDE5 inhibitor, sildenafil. Patients who experience erections lasting 4 hours or more should be instructed to seek immediate medical assistance. If priapism is not treated immediately, penile tissue damage and permanent loss of potency may result.
Drug interaction
Co-administration with medications containing organic nitrates may cause severe hypotension which is dangerous in some cases. Avoid taking Tadarise Pro with medications such as Erythrityl Tetranitrate, Isosorbide Dinitrate, Isosorbide Mononitrate, Nitroglycerin, Pentaerythritol Tetranitrate. Toxicity of Tadarise Pro are increased by erythromycin, ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), indinavir (Crixivan) and ritonavir (Norvir). Inform your doctor if you are taking Atazanavir, Bunazosin, Clarithromycin, Doxazosin, Erythromycin, Indinavir, Itraconazole, Ketoconazole, Moxisylyte, Nefazodone, Nelfinavir, Phenoxybenzamine, Phentolamine, Prazosin, Saquinavir, Telithromycin, Terazosin, Trimazosin, Urapidil as your dose may require correction.
Missed dose
Missed dose is not supposed if Tadarise Pro is taken for treatment of erectile dysfunction as it s used when needed.
Overdose
Overdose of Tadarise Pro causes symptoms described as side effects. Seek for immediate medical help if you by your opinion you took too much of this medication.
Storage
Store at room temperature away from moisture, sunlight, kids and pets in a tight container.
