Common use
Astralean (Clenbuterol) is a bronchodilator and decongestant used by people who suffer from breathing difficulties such as asthma. Clenbuterol is often used as a performance-enhancing drug in sports and as a weight-loos or "cutting" drug in bodybuilding. Clenbuterol is pharmacologically similar to epinephrine and causes and increased aerobic capacity, increased stimulation of the central nervous system, and increased oxygen transportation.
Dosage and direction
When people use it to open the airways in those with asthma, the recommended dose is 0.02–0.03 milligrams daily.
The dosage can vary depending on factors that include gender and tolerance. People can take it orally or via injection, but both methods carry risks. Injections can cause scarring or air bubbles to form in the blood, while oral tablets can affect the liver.
Athletes and bodybuilders taking clenbuterol will often work on a program cycle that includes on and off periods.
Precautions
Studies have shown that Astralean (clenbuterol) use may lead to heart attacks and other heart damage, and irregular heart rhythms. Other side effects of clenbuterol use include muscle tremors, increased perspiration, and blood pressure, insomnia, headache, nausea, and vomiting. Clenbuterol is also known to cause mood changes, such as agitation and depression.

Severe liver disease.
Depression.
Possible side effect
Many of side effects are the same as those relating to amphetamines, including: anxiety; shaking; headaches; atypical sweating; raised body temperature.
Clenbuterol can also negatively affect the heart, causing some symptoms such as: heart palpitations; atrial fibrillation, which is an irregular and often fast heartbeat; problems with blood pressure.
Drug interaction
The therapeutic efficacy of Clenbuterol can be decreased when used in combination with Clozapine. The risk or severity of Tachycardia can be increased when Cocaine is combined with Clenbuterol. The risk or severity of hypokalemia can be increased when Corticotropin is combined with Clenbuterol.
Missed dose
If you forgot to take a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one now and resume your regular dosage schedule. Never increase your dosage without consulting your doctor.
Overdose
Cardiac toxicity and type II myocardial infarction can occur with Clenbuterol overdoses. Associated symptoms include agitation, palpitations, tachycardia, hypokalemia, and hyperglycemia. Contact your doctor or visit a nearby hospital.
Storage
Store below 30°C. Keep the medicine in its original packaging, tightly closed. Protect it from excess heat and moisture. Store it away from direct sunlight or strong light. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use the product after its expiry date.
